I am thinking about one of these amps.

I play in a covers band so we cover a lot of ground; Tom Petty to Godsmack

What do you think? is this a good amp for me?

Also I hear about this volume loss when you jump to the "clean" channel.
Sounds like just using your boost in the effects loop would remedy this, no?

I think the volume jump was only for the 50W mini head, because the controls for those two channels are shared.
