Here's to Feeling Good all the Time
It's that time of year. It's exams. It's finals. It's mid terms. It's winter. And last and certainly the most bad, it's almost christmas shopping time. Pit monkeys, how do you guys stay calm? Let's share methods of feeling good all the time. I use ambient music when I am stressed out and it helps make it easier to work or study. I also reward myself with something every time I finish a final assignment/exam (a sub for some of the easier tasks, a movie for some of the harder, etc.)

I stay calm by not giving a **** but it's probably not good as far as good grades goes.
I also wear sweaters and bow ties which helps me lighten the mood and feel good while needing inspiration to work on things. |

None of those things apply to me but the cold Winter (I'm in Ottawa, after all) and I rarely leave my house except for work anyway, so...
DonGedit: I should add, though, that I'm terribly unhappy 365 days of the year anyway, and have plenty of other non-December related problems ****ing up my life.
