I suppose that's good enough for some. I prefer the analog or tape settings on the DL4.

It's not his playing. It's his personality, ego and selfishness that I hate.

I honestly don't understand why PGS wasn't given this to review. They do a way better job, much more professional, much better sound and perfect balance between talking and the pedal. Their videos aren't about the player, they're about the gear, that's where Chappers' stuff gets annoying because every video is "GLLLLLREEETINS I'M THE CHAPPERS! MONKEY LORD! DORJE! CHYEEAH! GEAR AND MONKEY LORD! FOR THE WIN!" which gets redundant.

Yeah but that's his gimmick.. Its annoying I agree. At least hes a solid player and gives you a transparent review of the pedal.

please do not derail the thread based on who you like for reviewing pedals

The pedal looked interesting but I doubt I would buy the x4 version over the standard based just on the looper and extra presets

How is that derailing a thread? This is a thread about the new TC electronic delay. We're discussing the demo about the new TC electronic delay. So we're not derailing the thread about the new TC electronic delay.

Maybe I am missing something though? But I am guessing that the Looper/Delay switch makes it an either or pedal.

digitech jamman delay allows you to sync delay with the tempo of the looper. its nice. delay isn't amazing, but its good enough to use. that is the 8 button model.

I'm not saying you are, I'm just asking people not to.

Anyone think TC will release the software to modify the tone prints?

That's very cool, but I already have both the Boss RC2 (and 3 actually...), and the regular TC Flashback. Mostly the RC3 is off my guitar board though, and RC2 is on my bass-board.
Thanks for the info though! (And apologies for not seeing you reply until now, several days later!)

I'm interested to find out if the looper is actually stereo, or whether it sums the signal to mono like the DL4. Can't seem to find the answer anywhere, though.
