Absolutely. Piano is the only thing I'm willing to bend on when it comes to modeling because they're..

1) Difficult to record properly

2) Difficult to record properly in a quiet room

3) Not available acoustically to everyone in a place they can record.

How high quality does it need to be? Because I can do some contributing fairly quickly if I dial down my FTL time if it doesn't need to be high quality. But if it needs to be a good quality recording, then I'll be a little longer, as the only mic I have at my dorm is my computer's mic, and the AC unit for my room is always loud.

In all honesty, take the time to get a better quality recording if you can. There's quite a bit of time between now and the deadline target. Take the time now to get a nice concept and get it down pat.

It could be either, I'd like to see a mix of both. You can do wonders with acoustic instruments and no vocals. Solo acoustic guitar is welcome as well, steel or nylon.

I'd say one single per person.


Let's go for the Greatest Hits idea. If somebody has more than one they can poll it/decide themselves/people in this thread.
