Weakness in picking arm

Hi guys, Ive recently been getting weakness over the last 2 days in my picking arm, it feels to be mostly concentrated around the forearm. There is no pain present only weakness.

The weakness is similar to that of waking up and trying to clench your fist but it persists throughout the day.

A bit more information, A few days before this came on I was learning a new song which required me to step it up a bit speed wise and I feel it may have something to do with it. Ive always been complimented on my technique so im thinking its more a strained muscle than something more serious but im curious as to what you guys think and how I should treat this injury.

thank you.
