Just imagine excite when Mortal Kombat hit the arcades. Damn that would have been fun.

Listening to vinyls. I know you can do that know but with the advent of MP3's and computer we hardly ever just dedicate time to actually go and listen to music alone and away from distractions. That and vinyls sound awesome, sitting there listening to a CD or MP3 just doesn't hold the same magic as a good old record does for me.

Not really old stuff but eh.

I take time to listen to music all the time.

Sometimes me and mu girl will just sit in my Mustang, and make out to Radiohead...

Wait. My god....

People still recognize a floppy disk, except now they know it as the save icon in software.

It sucks that we never got to experience the "rock concert" era. How cool that must have been...

Progressive rock bands putting on huge theatrical shows like in the early 70's. I started going to concerts in '76 and saw some great shows but missed out on King Crimson's 1st tour in '69, Pink Floyd's DSOTM tour in '72, Jethro Tull's Passion Play tour in '73, Genesis' The Lamb Lies Down tour in '74, the Yes Relayer tour in '75. Those giant spectacle shows that lost the bands a ton of money but were amazing for the fans.

The moon landing. I can only imagine how incredible and exciting it must have been to watch. We need another space race.

I remember here in SA there was an old Timezone Arcade (this is like 12 years ago when I was 8) which had nothing modern and only had the old video arcade games. I never went there but I saw it a few times and watched all the kids inside playing happily.
