Smile Rest In Peace

VERSE 1
Do you ever notice the things you have till theyíre gone?
I know the answer and Iím not the only one
We are born with the world in our hands
And then it slips through our fingers like quicksand

VERSE 2
She never had a name to me
A friend of a friend
Now her anonymous life is at an end
And itís sad

You walk past a stranger everyday
Just another face a unique pain

CHORUS
No I never know you
But rest in peace, rest in peace
Yes I hope you
Are now at ease, now at ease

VERSE 3
Sometimes you think about life
And you realize you have it good, just like you should
But there are people on the edge
So many reasons in their heads
Grasping at the walls of a deep black pit
Knowing that it would only take one hit
And they would be out, without a doubt

You walk past a stranger everyday
Just another face, a unique pain

CHORUS
No I never knew you
But rest in peace, rest in peace
Yes I hope you
Are now at ease, now at ease

BRIDGE
It can be too much to handle
A rope, a knife, a gun
Whatever it takes, you wanna run
But donít you dare
Because thereís always more out there
*REPEAT CHORUS*

Hello guys! This song is about a girl who went to Hamilton High School in Los Angeles...she committed suicide. I didn't know her but a lot of my friends did. I've never posted any songs that I have written...hope it's good! I would definitely appreciate feedback, and tips on better writing
