What On Earth Is He Doing?

I heard this song when it came out and I can't figure out how the guitarist does it but he doesn't something cool I assume with his whammy bar. It's this song:

And it happens around 4:20. You'll know it when you hear it. What's he doing and how could I replicate it?

he's hitting a harmonic and then smacking the vibrato bar. I think it's called fluttering? I dunno much about vibrato bar technique, but that's what I'm hearing.
I have an album. Listen to it.
The Sleeping Fury

The album is streaming here

4:20, eh? :P

And yeah, I came to the same conclusion as Geldin. I've heard Dimebag do some similar sounds with the technique described above.

I agree with everyone else. Sounds like a harmonic with a flutter. Basically with a flutter all you do is slap the whammy bar and it will sort of "bounce" back and forth. If you want another example then check out the whammy bar king himself:

There are a couple of flutter parts in this song starting at about 3:27 then again at 5:26.
