what is better in a bass. and why!!!
a single truss rod
a dual action truss rod
dual trus rods.

Better is subjective, you need to educate yourself and make your own decision on that one. There's too many variables.

Duel truss rods are mostly used for massively wide necks for 5 and six strings. (and 7s and 8s etc).

If it's a four string then a single truss is fine.
