High testosterone levels are actually what causes baldness

I'm going bald, I have a fairly noticeable receedo too.

I'm not too fussed, however when I do go bald, I may have to lose my beard/goatee, I am not, nor will I ever lose my mustache though.

My wife doesn't want me to go bald, she says I have a big mishaped head

Yes, I did. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

But yeah, herbs can cure/treat baldness. I find that pretty cool, because my girlfriend (soon-to-be fiance and then wife) is an herbalist. She knows how to keep me from going bald. I basically would be 100% bald by the time I was in my 70s, if it wasn't for the fact that she has the knowledge to keep me from going bald (not that I'm going bald now).

Edit:
I picture myself somewhat like this, except with gray hair and a beard, later in life...

Who cares? Shave your head, tell women it's a gigantic pecker, rock on.

I've been thinning since like 16 and its finally gotten to the point where you can see my scalp clearly through my hair. I'm 21. Just shaving my head soon.

Rogaine usually works only on the crown of the head and the far front. Propecia requires a prescription and will keep your hair from falling out, though it can have some funky side effects. It can help a lot if you catch your hair loss early.

Receding hairline here, my hair's down past my shoulders, but the past year or so I've started to get a widow's peak. My uncle on my mom's side had the same problem and ended up cutting his hair at like 30, I'll probably end up the same.

I have found this brand of shampoo and conditioner called Revita that seem to have slowed down my hair loss. They also don't contain minoxidil (rogaine's active ingredient) which supposedly accelerates hair loss when you stop using it. And Revita Cor (the conditioner) uses plant stem cells which I think is awesome.

Hairs are like your college days; lose them gracefully or look like a complete douchebag trying to keep them forever.
