Help simplify my rig!

I'm guessing this is the right place as it's mainly amp and pedal stuff!

Basically, I'm trying to simplify my setup so that I can send my signal to my amp which is situated in a different room. I want to do it so that I can crank my amp whilst allowing the PA guys to keep the FOH volume reasonable.

Only problem is the ridiculous amount of send/returns I have running between amp and pedalboard. And as we only have two sets of these, my current setup just doesn't work. So, any recommendations on making it work?
I've attached a picture which hopefully explains everything. Any questions, please ask!
Oh yeah, everything I use is in my sig.

Get an amp that sounds like you want without having to have it in a seperate room?

what about getting an amp and a seperate cab? and a long cable so you can keep the amp in the same room and only the cab in the different room?

otherwise i dont see anything you can do unless you want to spend a lot of money

maybe try getting the sound you want without having to use a load of different pedals so that the levels aren't screwed up

Buy a 112 can and attach a speaker jack to the leads coming out of the chassis of the amp. Very easy to do and will allow you to crank the amp while keeping the cab in another room and keeping the actual amp on stage.
