what bass pedal

I'd like a bass distortion or multiFX pedal
I think this is the right place, I don't wanna get in trouble for posting this in Bass Guitar.

Budget: >$100
Tones/Genres: I really like the bass on Hysteria by Muse, as well as Cochise by Audioslave and Ghost of Tom Joad by RATM. If I get a multi-FX it'd need good chorus and maybe octave. auto-wah, too.
home/gig: home mainly, and band practices when I have to step in.
closest city: I don't really wanna go find someone on CL just for a pedal, but DFW, TX is the area
current gear: see my sig

thanks in advance. I think I included everything. I'm looking at the Digitech BP90 or Deltalab DBFX1 multieffects or a Boss bass overdrive.

I don't know anything about bass pedals haha.

EDIT: my amp does have an effects loop, just FYI

i use a wooly mammoth clone for bass distortion. i bought it from a pedal maker on this forum for ~100 usd. it does a good job and it can get you those tones.

i got a SHO clone off ebay, it is actually pretty nice too. the mammoth is just a modified fuzzface (or something) anyway. super simple to make for a pedal cloner.

i will warn you, this pedal puts out so much sub-audible low end that it WILL shake an amplifier head right off the cabinet.

i saw this statement in the advertisement and didn't take it seriously. when i got it and plugged it in and started playing, sure enough my amp head almost rattled off the cabinet (i barely caught it). be sure you account for this when playing the pedal.
