What is the difference between the EHX Deluxe Memory Man and Boy?

Besides a tap tempo input, what am I missing if I buy the Memory Boy over the Memory Man? Is the circuitry of the Memory Man really $203 better?

I tested them side by side when I bought the Deluxe Memory Boy and while there is a slight difference that no one ever would hear in the mix, it's not worth that much more, in my opinion. I do believe the tap tempo FS out is the only difference, but I was only looking for a decent delay with a tap tempo.
