Practice more?

No f*cking sh*t I should practice more!

The question is what should I practice.

I'm always told to practice more, what the hell do you practice?

Obviously things that you find difficult or techniques that would be useful for what you play. If you play metal and you dont sweep or whatever, maybe you could work on that? You could play along with backing tracks and practice your leads etc...

You could study theory and get a better understanding of what you're doing too if you aren't already.

What do you suck at?

Practice that.

Any idiot can practice what they are good at, and most do.

Advancing your skill requires you to practice where you are weakest.
