A little bit of help with some chordage

Hey, guys, I'm kinda new to theory, and I'd like a bit of help on a few things.

What are these chord called:
1. G Bb Eb A
2. G Bb D G C F
3. A Gb B C (yes, I know, there are seconds against each other)

Also, can anyone tell me what these look like:
4. Am11
5. Gm13
6. Eb dim7

7. Are minor 7ths supposed to be dominant or not?

Name this chord thread.

(The above answer refers to the fact that the chords could be anything, depending on what the root of the chord is)
