What are your oppinions on Rebel Meets Rebel?

it was a completely one off album that took four years to record and all members were accomplished musicians already and most members were in Pantera, a band that was at the height of its success. Also, the album, although being recorded between 1999 and 2003, wasn’t released until 2006; almost a year and a half after the murder of the lead guitarist Dimebag Darrell Abbott. The album has never been played live by the band. What are your oppinions of the album and do you think that it was a good thing that it was released?

I liked it when it came out for the novelty factor because I was a teenager and thought novelty was cool. These days it seems pretty silly, to me.

Goes well with Black Tooth Grin

Like most of their stuff but not really something I'd listen to everyday

Its an ok album. Kinda just thrown together. I like a few riffs here and there but its a bit gimmicky to allow repeated listens

Decent album, listen to it now and again for a different vibe and to hear Dimebag do his stuff.
