some tips for this cover ??

http://soundcloud.com/delift/mixdown-1

Hi guys, some months ago i tried to make a "Pull harder on the strings of your martyr" cover... it was a good try, but a completly mess, so this time i am trying to make a simpler cover with "Dying In Your Arms" it is almost finished, this version already have my final mix and EQ, it is only missing the vocals and a little bit of adjust in the mixing to acomodate to the vocals.
can you give me some critics please?
Please be gently
