Calling anyone who works in the IT department!
Hey,
I live in the Netherlands and go to college here. Im following an ICT/IT course and one of our assignments is an interview with someone who works in the IT department or basically does something with computers/programming for a living. Seeing as I dont personally know anyone like this, I thought I would ask the UG community ^^ (This is probably the wrong forum to ask something like this but the UG community is usually pretty awesome so yeah) Please, I would hugely appreciate anyone who could answer 10 short questions about working in the IT department. (Please eloborate as much as you can in your answers and keep it serious) Let me know in the comments if you are up for it and I will send you the questions. PS: Im afraid it isnt anonymous as I do need a name but I dont see how that should be a problem.

I worked for 3.5 years as an IT back office technician for a national restaurant chain until May of this year. Now I'm an RF engineer, but still work with computers.
