correcting technique successfully
I've decided to relearn to play and keep my thumb always in the middle of the neck.
How long do you think it'll take before it's force of habit?/ what's the biggest thing you had to go back and correct in your technique? Plus, for some reason it seems to be messing up my picking hand technique and i'm not sure why. ![]() |

I did that correction too. I also stopped anchoring with my palm and pinky. It takes a lot less time than you would expect. Just do some fingering exercises, and it will stick. Btw you shouldnt ALWAYS keep your thumb at the back though, like when you are bending and stuff, its better over the neck.
