D - F♯m - A - D

The eelctric just plays the same barre chords higher up the neck.
Code:
---2-5- -7-2-5-7 -7-2-6-7 -7-4-7-7 -5-4-7-5 ---2-5-

0:44 onwards Bm - D - F♯m - A
Code:
---- -7-5-7-5 -7-5-6-6 -7-5-7-7 ---5- -7---

Edit: He's just using CAGED shapes with good voice leading. The bass is taking care of the root notes.

But isn't the electric playing some other version of the chords?

I edited the chord fingerings above in the second tab.

For the first tab I didn't change them, but I'll tab them here anyway
Code:
-10-9-----10 -10-10-10-10 -11-11-9--11 -12-11-11-12 -12-9-----12 -10-------10

Hopefully you already know them in the open positions. These shapes, they're the most common chord shapes in the world.
