Hey people,

The piano is very pleasant. The drum track works, I feel like it could be better though. Adding some percussion could really benefit the song and add some cool energy to it. Some sort of a citizen cope type drum beat to it. I would definitely cut out any percussion for the section at :40. I like that a lot how it is . The fretless bass line coming in sounds great .Matches the jazzy feel. I would maybe even just use that for the whole song, but I understand that your trying to create movement within the song. The guitar tone is soulfully soft. 2:20 is cool. Nice changeup on the rhythmic ideas. 2:55 is even better. I think those are two of the strongest parts to the song. I would also add another guitar part at 2:55. Some sort of bouncy lead to go along with the new feel.

I'm not sure what your looking for with this song, but I like making pop-structures out of songs that aren't musically very pop oriented. I'd say the best thing you could do for this would be to stick to maybe 2-3 sections of the songs you really like and arrange them in a way that the structure itself provides an added level of intrigue. I understand that would require vocals. I could definitely hear some beach boys, barbershop trio sounding vocals to this.

This song is definitely cool. Still needs a little development and direction I think. Vocals would add a lot to establishing a more tangible theme to it. I would offer to help with that, but its something I struggle with as well, being mainly a guitar player.

This_Kidd,
I stayed in Brighton for a vacation long ago. Piano and bass sound nice overall. Guitar playing is OK at first, sounds slightly flat at times, though sounds better as the song progresses. Pretty good overall. Please review my music at this link:
