Three-way tie between The Producers, Spinal Tap and School of Rock.
Although the new Les Mis movie might top those, occasional stunt casting aside. Aaron Tveit and Samantha Barks will make that movie worth the price of admission alone.

Edit: OH, and the Rent: Filmed Live on Broadway release was pretty awesome too.
