Hey, who's your luthier? I want some pretty serious work done to my Custom and would prefer not to take it somewhere were I can't get firsthand reviews.

+1, my H-301 has the same exact thing. It's beautiful. I love the grain of Mahogany.

Gotta lot the fit and finish on Ibyy prestiges! Happy NGD man! I tried out a 2008-9 s5470 and it was awesome. Really wish that the burled walnut finish had been made available in North America

They make a walnut top S available in the States now, but it is the Premium. I contemplated getting the Premium, but figured I'd might as well spring for the Prestige.

the walnut top is pretty, but i don't think there is much regret after seeing that mahogany grain.

I have the SV5470 version in blue, and it is definitely a screamin' guitar! Incredible thin, nicely balanced, inlays are cool as hell, and the neck is just outstanding!
