At about 2:45 it says 'Please donít go, Iíll eat you whole.' I heard it as 'Please don't go, I need you home' and i prefer my version now. Great song as well....

Cherub Rock chorus: "Who wants, who needs/As long as there's some money/Who walks behind me" is what I thought it said. What it really says is "Who wants honey/As long as there's some money/Who wants the honey". When I found out what it actually said I thought it was incredibly stupid

Good old Presidents... But yeah it almost certainly sounds like Smurfs in that version.

I thought it was maybe a reference to those big floats in that New York parade.

Neil Young - Thrasher. "Just another line in the field of time" is the correct ones.

I'd like it to be "Just another mind in the field of time". Much better imo.

In "Nearly lost you" by Screaming Trees I always thought that Mark Lanegan says "I nearly lost you there while I was jerkin' off somewhere". I guess he really says "I nearly lost you there while I was goin' off somewhere". The incorrect version is much funnier.

Not surprising since we are talking about Billy Corgan.

In high school, my main group of friends had this one guy who was a total bro, but a metal fan. We had a lot of fun beaking him for it, since he'd get pissy.

Anyways, there was this one Metallica song he was listening to. off And Justice For All I think. Anyways, in one bit it goes "Innocence, torn from me... etc etc". For some reason I heard it quite clearly as "Anal Sex, torn from me". Oh my god, so many laughs were had.

In "Bye Bye Beautiful" by Nightwish, Marco sings "I need to die to feel alive"

I heard "I need to guide you through a lie."

Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here

Actual lyric: "Did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage"

What I heard: "Did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a negro in a cage"

I don't think, in this case, my understanding is better than the original..

Someone in youtube brought up that the first line in Tesseract's "Acceptance (Concealing Fate Pt 1)" sounds like, "Nooooo!!! Show your ass!!!"

...I can never hear that song without thinking about it.
