A summary of my last few months...
I don't often do NGD's but here's a culmination of my last 2 months in terms of new gear:

Boring, but i got a vintage EHX screaming bird for lols. It actually sounds good which stunned me.



and i got this from Adam (eppipen):

Matamp Red. Filthy rare and filthy filthy. That's my review.



Also got these refrettified. A '75 Greco Hollowbody and a Fernandes Strat. They now play like any other Jap or American guitars i've had.





Then i realised i had no cab for the Red, so i got this from work for cheap.

Orange 412. 4x V30's. Yum.



Now for pedals..

The first fun pedal i got was this:



First issue Lovetone Wobulator. Really nice tremolo because of the ability to tweak everything and then some more. Dual trem, vibrato, panning functions all footswitchable with left and right and **** i don't even know.

This was my second lovetone. i couldn't stop at just having a Doppelganger and this...

So i was like wonder what the dirt tastes like and got a Big Cheese.



It's the best fuzz i'd played at the time. Sounds huge. Does modern metal through certain fender clean amps too. Amazeballs.

Then i went on to get these..



The Meatball is an envelope filter that is so useless it's great. throaty autowah and filter sounds. really hard to dial in though. The OD is okay, nothing special though. Not enough volume for most.

Then i saw a bus on fire..

Then i got the new best dirt pedal i've played..



basically just the 2 dirt pedals in one. real great and useful.

then things got stupid..



my latest pedal is this. Foxrox Paradox is an original through zero flanger that is hands down the best modulation pedal i've played. it isnt in your face (it's in mine HA! i win **** you all), it's really subtle. but it's killer. swirly tones and a near echo like twist. gah i'm still lost for words on this one.

i've never tried a screaming bird but i'd always heard they were very trebly/piercing. that's cool it sounds good

That Red always seems to find it's way onto an Orange cab. I'm starting to think that that particular amp induces colour blindness.

Well it's Matamp that makes all the "COLOR" amps. Except for Orange obviously.
