just to throw things open a little more i love the metal tones i talked about before, I also love the warmth in the tone of people like slash and dj ashba, i know ashba uses rec's mainly for recording,
could any of these amps acheive this kind of warm solo tone if required? |

Yes. Obviously for an exact Slash tone you'd want a cranked JCM800, but I think any of the amps mentioned so far would suit you better than a JCM800.
