Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Okay, so I've been trying to record lately and notice a lot of signal noise. I did some experimenting, and noticed that when I touch my bridge pickup, the buzz increases significantly. If I touch my neck pickup, the buzz goes away. I can also negate the buzz by touching the metal part of my cable. I figure this is probably a grounding issue? Can anyone recommend a solution? Cheers.

Yup, that sounds like the same thing. I don't have a multimeter, however. Does the fact that touching the bridge pickup increases the sound whilst neck pickup stops it mean anything at all? Is the problem probably with the bridge pickup?

first, I'd just check the single ground wire and make sure it's soldered to the bridge or post inside.
