Guitarist hands question
Is it just me or does anyone else feel as if their fingers are "frozen" and do not feel as fast or responsive sometimes.
For me its after being on a computer for a long time.

I only get that when I'm actually cold. It sure doesn't happen when I type.
Do you have Carpel Tunnel or something similar?

Aye. Cold weather and/or a shift of pressure washing are horrible for clean transitions and fluid playing.

I have a set of Grip Master finger exercisers I use to warm up before playing. It make a huge difference in how fluid I can play. When I just start playing with no warm up it takes a half hour or so to start feeling fluid.
