Octave symbol?

Hey, I'm writing and the notes are kinda high, so I don't want to put a bunch of ledger lines on it. Have this:
e:13-12-10----12-10--------
B:-----------13--------13-10
G:-----------------------------
D:-----------------------------
A:-----------------------------
E:-----------------------------

I know there's something for octaves but I don't remember. Also, am I allowed to use it there?
