Good trade?
A guy offers me a Marshall JVM 210 Head for my JS 1000? Great shape both pieces of gear, what do you guys think?

do you want the amp and can you live without the JS-1000?
My old band mate had the JVM 210h and I was less than impressed with it. I prefer the old DSL's over them.

It depends if you need an amp or not. The JS1000 is worth more, for what it's worth. What other guitars or amps do you have? Unless you play large venues regularly, i'd much rather have the guitar than the amp.

The gain on the JVMs is fizzy and really bright, but it is very versatile. Honestly with the amp you already have (RA) I would pass on it. I don't think that it will do anything better than your RA, and the JS is a sweet axe.

I guess I'll wait then, I can live without the Ibanez, I just got it and it sounds amazing but I hate FR bridges, it will do a nice back up until I get what I want.
I got the JS1000 for my old Fender Highway One Strat, my idea is to keep trading items until I have something I can sell for good money to buy this... http://guitarstudiousa.com/Products/Electric/maton.htm The other good thing about this is that I will be trying good stuff while I reach that guitar.
