Custom Airbrushed Rhoads RR-24

This is my beautiful Rhoads RR-24 (was black with red bevels) I have had this guitar since 2007 and have played the crap out if it so I decided it needed a make-over. Best guitar I have ever owned! I had it painted and then to prevent pick scratches, nicks, dings, whatever, I put clear bra on it. Since it's protected, I don't have to worry about taking it to shows and playing it! Pictures don't even do this thing justice.

Gotta love owing your own custom airbrushed guitar!

I don't like it. You did a really good job on it though, I can see a lot of people loving it.

You should do it, then post about it. I would like to see what you come up with. I have a pretty simple strap that has skulls on it from guitar center... just curious, How do you paint a strap? Buy a leather one or what?

Nah I wouldn't go as far as inferior, just paint that adds looks. Still just another Jackson. What model do you have?

Should be able to get it built back up today! It's currently getting the clear bra installed so I have to wait a little bit more. I haven't been able to play it in months, i am so freaking anxious!!!!

That looks really good. But why did you paint the headstock?

Because i think it looks strange when everything is painted but one side of the headstock. Since the paint flows up the neck and into the back of the headstock, I figured it is only appropriate to paint the front as well. Why wouldn't you want to paint it?

I would just prefer the factory head stock

Still the guitar looks killer, the artist (was it you?) did a phenominal job.
