Hey guys,

already posted this question in the "Metal" section but apparently it rather belongs over here (at least i hope so):

I'm playing guitar for a couple of years and now I want to tackle an intermediate song with my guitar teacher to improve.

I'm looking into the style of A7x, Alter Bridge, Bullet fmV, Metallica, Disturbed etc

I want to tackle:
- fast alternate picking
- some good rhythm riffs
- a part which has to be played with emotions (bendings, vibratos and good phrasing)
- some interessing musical theory

Do you any song which falls into this genre and includes these 4 requirements?

Alter Bridge - Blackbird
great mix of fingerpicking, good rhythm riffs, then in the solo, emotional playing with vibratos and lots of legato
