Hey everyone. Im still very green when it comes to playing and picking up chords in a song. I could use some help from you more experience pickers. the song is called "Hearts on Fire" performed by the Sidewalk Prophets. can anyone help me put chords to this song?

Future tip: when you're trying to find chords yourself, it helps to find the root note and go from there. For example, you hear a chord, move your finger around the bass strings to find the note that sounds 'right'. It may take some time to get down, but you'll want to practice if you hope to figure them out on your own eventually.
