Driving stick
If I really put my mind and energy into learning how to drive a car (actually a shitty old pick-'em-up truck) with a stick shift, could I do it in two days?

You can learn it comfortably in like an hour or two.
Manual is not that difficult. But it is so much better than automatic.

You can learn how in 2 days but you probably won't feel comfortable enough to drive on the road with other people.

I learned in about 10 minutes.
 I think I was 13 or so... As long as you have a good teacher (like my dad) to tell you when you are doing it right, when you are doing it wrong, what you should be doing, and what you shouldn't be doing/ should never do, all will be fine. It's very easy and I prefer manual transmissions.
