The EHX memory boy is good for the time change/warping effect. It has an input for an expression pedal that controls the delay time. My ears tell me it's not as clear as the carbon copy, but that could just be me. Either way, definitely worth checking out since it's $25 cheaper. Or, for another 40$, you could grab a memory boy deluxe, with tap tempo.
