Wireless mouse, and other adventures

I just bought my girlfriend the same wireless mouse as I have from Amazon. If they're the same mouse and we sit near each other using our own computers, will we be able to control each other's pointers?

Taking all bets

It'll create a magnetic field so powerful that every silicone chip in the world will be rendered useless. All civilisation will crumble.

I believe that the manufacturer of the mouses had in mind this problem and solved it in a way, probably different channels, as previously stated.

But guise, there can't be 1000 different channels, right? Does every mouse have more different ones in case that any interference with other connections appear, or does every mouse have it's own and there are lots of them? Because if the latter, then there is a small chance that your pointers will act funnily. If they will work at all.

It will actually pull the Earth's metal core towards the surface, causing a hell of a bad time everywhere around Earth.
no, the magnet itself will not be pulled towards the core, **** newton's laws

I have a friend who got tired of changing the batteries in his wireless mouse. So he cut up the cable from a mobile phone charger and soldered them onto the battery pads in the mouse. So he had a wired wireless mouse.
