Great....changing pickups in a semi hollow body
So as you can tell from the title I want to know how to safely replace
Pickups in a semi hollow body. The guitar I am planning to mod is an epiphone dot and the first of many changes I plan to make to it are a change of pickups. The pickups I have ordered are two Seymour Duncan model pickups. This is not my first time changing pickups in a guitar but I would like some tips from people with experience in the matter. Thanks

My first tip is, make a diagram of the stock wiring arrangement. That way if you should ever want to replace the stock pickups you will know the placement. Helps to pre-tin the ends of the new pickup wires before hand.

I think you pull the knobs off, then the pots through the f hole. Check out youtube.
