Need some help with diagrams for a guitar...

It has a piezo under the saddle of the bridge (it's a semi-hollow resonator) and a mini humbucker in the neck, one volume pot, one tone pot, and a blend pot for blending the piezo and humbucker. I've also thrown in two DPDT on/on switches to use one as a killswitch (to cut the signal altogether) and the other as a coil tap for the humbucker.

I just need help assembling a final wiring diagram for these functions.
