Cat piss contains ammonia, so it will be hard to shift. The secret weapon is watered-down vinegar. 50/50 will do it, and white vinegar is best. The enzymes in the vinegar will neutralise the odour-producing ammonia in the cat piss. Of course, vinegar has a niff all of it's own, but it's easier to deal with than the stank of a leaking pussy. I can't vouch for what vinegar will do to your wood though.
