I am 19. People think I'm 13. Is this justifiable? I act like a child sometimes, but not enough to warrant this.

Depends on the situation. When I'm doing worship stuff at church and leading. People regularly think I'm either married or engaged. And everyone thinks I'm in my early/mid twenties.
Almost anywhere else though, people think I'm about 16-17 even though I'm 19. well let me clarify, only american's think I'm young. I buy booze for friend hangouts and parties and I never get carded, the brits all think I look 18+

Some people thinks that I am about at least 25, but I am only 20. It is mostly because I have a beard.

I'm 21, and I could probably pass for as young as 16-17 when I'm clean-shaven given the right context/circumstances.

Ive been able to pass for about 3 or 4 years older for most of my life tbh, although now Im 19 Ive been told I apparently look 31

21. If I shave I look like I'm 12. If I don't, apparently I look fairly old. Late twenties, maybe.

I'm 24. I think I look my age, if not a bit older. Having a beard helps. If I shave I definitely look younger.

im 18, but most people think im 20/21. some say its because of my "strong jaw-line" haha, others just think i look older. i dont have the balls to try and buy liquor though.
