Can i use this orange ppc112 with my fender hot rod deluxe?

no. Speaker cab is 16 ohms, amp is 4 or 8 only. According to the specs on the website at least.

Correction, you could but it would sound like crap because the reflected impedance would be all wrong. but it wouldn't be wrong in the direction that would make your amp melt down.
