Hot Sauce

Yay or nay?

For me Tobasco will always be one of my top favorites. I put that stuff on everything. But I also like Franks buffalo and Just Chili (hard to find but damn it's good).

I can't find any really good specialty hot sauces where I live, so I generally just stick with frank's red hot, although every time I have a specialty one I seriously question my tongue for liking red hot so much.

Not a huge fan of hot sauce, but a dash of it can make a dish.

I tend to add Worcestershire (what a mess of a word) sauce to everything.

I love me some hot sauce. My preferences (though if it's spicy, I'll try it) are Frank's Red Hot, Sriracha sauce, Dave's Insanity, and a few other good ones. I especially love the ones that make you sign a legal waiver before purchasing them.

My stand by is Frank's. Good on just about anything. Not very hot, but I love the flavor.

I also like these:

The Rapture is the hottest thing I've ever tasted. My eyes were watering, and my mouth was on fire for about 15-20 minutes. That was after tasting only a small drop too.
