UG Collab | The Handicap is to Try To Sound Good [*.gp5|*.gp4]

Let's try not to troll this time guys... Straight up music mastery, anything goes, though... So if it sounds like a troll part but it works... And you're not doing it to troll... All power to ya... But if we stick our heads together we can make something sick that we could enjoy listening to quite often.

Me next me next.

EDIT: Did someone forget to change the reverse cymbal instrument to something that makes sense?

Or... Did the conversion from gp4 to 5 screw something up?

EDIT2: Yep, MobiuZ screwed it up. Alright, I'll go from Epi's file.

EDIT3: Done. Lost momentum by the end, someone else can continue that if they want.

Haha, thanks man. The first 10 bars of your thing are funky as hell, I love it. EDIT: Especially the way that first bar comes in.

Also, it kinda sucks - when you convert to gp4, some of my longer notes get cut off for some reason. I imagine someone else converting the file to gp5 would fix it though, because nothing about the guitar pro file actually changed.

Wait, it also took out mix table stuff. That also sucks.

I am, just been pre-occupied a little.

I did two versions though, one was a few weeks ago and is pretty shite, the other I did just now and much prefer, first one being the earlier version:

I'm seeing a lack of dragon slaying themed power-metal here. therefore, its shit.

Actually dude, I erm, was saving this, but I've probably been a bit quick with it (and probably pissed off a few people who were/are writing stuff for it):

MASTERPEICE! now add an epic story about dragons. i believe in the end of the last story there was no hope of a dragon or troll king or something coming back. but little did the hero know.... There was an Egg. the offspring now wants revenge on the mighty hero. and then epic harmonized sweep solos come in and they battle

140 bars of flow ruined

Nah, it's all good. It was time for a new idea anyways.

EDIT: I guess I'll go.

EDIT: Now Epi looks like a psychic since I deleted my post.

Btw, I fixed CM's chill part. I think gp4 messed up the mix table stuff there.
