It's technically discrimination, but a certain amount of private discrimination is good. We all discriminate in some way when we pick prospective mates, friends, band members, etc. It would only cross the line into racism if you said "i'm not attracted to people of other races because my race is genetically superior and people of other races should be forcibly sterilized or put to death" or some other such nonsense.

Well, CBT can address issues like that to an extent, although it doesn't seem to be used much to that end.
