Things You're Reluctant To Pay For, Because they're Expensive
But it's something you need to buy, not want.
I was thinking about this while shopping for some stuff today. Among the things I had to buy were shoes and shirts, because mine are very old and getting holes and I never go clothes shopping as I completely despise it. Anyway, I bought a pair of decent shoes for a grand total of $18. (I bought this brand before and they lasted me a full year with no issues, GLOBE is the brand). However one shirt, JUST ONE SHIRT, costs just as much. Actually a buck more. I really don't understand this, I mean shoes have rubber, require more skillful stitching and assembly. Shirts can be 100% made on a machine and use WAY less material. So why is it that a shirt cost more than ****ing shoes? This is why I hate clothes shopping. It's too ****ing expensive for what it is. It's a god damn sheet of fabric with some stitching. I mean I can justify spending money on shoes. You NEED shoes, so you'd want good quality. You literally cannot live life without some sort of footwear unless you have been your whole life, and your feet are tolerant to it. But a shirt is something society tells us we should wear. We don't NEED a t-shirt. I mean yea, we wear clothes to keep warm in the cold, but a t-shirt? ****ing clothes. /rant Don't turn this thread into a clothes debate btw, stay on topic  Anyways, aside from gas as I know it'll be mentioned a million times, what are things you hate buying, but have to? Cheese comes to mind as well. The kraft cheese, not real deli cheese. It's almost $10 for a brick. I feel like it's too expensive.

Redbull. I work late hours and don't sleep much. So I drank two red bulls a day for months. Which is like a hundred bucks out of every paycheck. So I stopped drinking them and it pisses me off.
And baby stuff. My daughter is due in March and she's just gonna outgrow everything anyway. I'm okay with letting her roam free range and naked in the backyard but her mother isn't having it.
