Do your friends have a degree in law?

Having a degree in law is a little more promising than an English major or something like that.

I hate it when people complain about responsibility

it's really not bad.

I love being an adult just as much as I loved being a kid. even when I had no money living with my sister and we had to live paycheck to paycheck, It was awesome.

basically, quit being a fag ts.

That's beside the point.........

Going to uni, getting a degree whatever it is in does not mean you are going to get a great job

What percentage of those people got an Arts degree? It makes a difference.

That's why you pick a practical major before you spend $100,000 on having a good time for four years.

No, applying yourself and being good at what you do gets you a job, and uni is a great place to do that and learn what you need. I hate when people say university sucks because they expect to do nothing, get a piece of paper and instantly land jobs. That's not how it works.

Those are the people who spent four years in school but didn't learn anything.

I used to feel like this, until I married my gf, traded my motorcycle for an rv, then traveled a wee bit with her before "settling." We live in an apartment, have about 3 bills, and generally have a chill time. Now we're moving out to Dallas to follow a dream we've both had for ages (not about moving to Texas, but the opportunity is there.) Idk, I've had an interesting run since I turned 18, including living abroad for a few years for cheap, joined the army, started a few bands and became a worship pastor. Now I'm picking up and leaving, to start over.

Adulthood is what you make it man, if Law is your dream, focus on that first, remember why you wanna do it, and just keep pushing through it.

My only real responsibility is to not live a shit life, but I'm doing a pretty miserable job at that.

At least when I was younger I had hobbies to pass the time while waiting to die.

Looks like the rest of us are going to have to start pulling our weight by breaking more laws.

to take it a bit further LIFE is what you make it.
everyday is another chance to turn it all around if shit is bad, there is no excuse to enjoy life because you are alive! you HAVE the chance to make everything what you want, thats more than what a lot of people can say!
(people without internet, and a working refrigerator, and running water)

Hippie.

The nice thing about adulthood is eventually it wears you down so bad that you forget you ever had dreams in the first place.

I'm 19, living at home and working on an engineering degree. I just landed a full time position at Ericsson for an 8 month internship that pays decently and my family still wants to take care of all my expenses. My workload and schedule is stressful though.

I couldn't give the slightest shit about thinking about marriage or family or whatever. That can wait for when I'm old.

My friend and I were just talking about this

20hr college semesters, sticking to a strict schedule, managing money growing up and having responsibility sucks!,

Christ I'm only 20, way too young to be feeling this old.

the adults were right....we had it made back in the day :/
