Arizona ironically ranks as #11. The shits true though.
Right to work state, easy statewide health organizations, gun control laws in Arizona are very lenient (no license for a concealed weapon) and knives, police batons are legal as well. Marijuana laws are closing in for legalization eventually in time since we're already a medicinal green state. The state tried to make it necessary to question people who may seem undocumented, but it never passed. Funny enough my home state New York was ranked at 50. : We left NYC because if you decided to buy a business in certain areas, the local mafia would require payment for protection as typical and stereotypical as that sounds...
