Charles said there was a Christmas version of this normally so if there isnt one, I'm gonna enter Christmas Time (Don't Let The Bells End) by The Darkness. Not sure if its in easy or intermediate.

Normalising it will reduce the dynamic range of the audio, so there are no really loud bits next to really quiet bits. That way, when put over a backing track, the vocals will sound like they are at the correct volume for the whole song. Slightly off topic, but I can't decide if I like Born of Osiris or not. They have some interesting melodic and rhythmic ideas, but at the same time every single guitar solo they have seems to be "look at me I can sweep pick hurr durr".
