Not sure where this should be posted- Humming on stereo rteciever..?

Basically my Pioneer Stereo Receiver is humming, but when I wiggle a knob or touch it, it stops. Is this a ground issue? How can I stop this? Thanks!

It is indeed grounding. How to fix it is another question. My usual go to is a surge protector. Sometimes wiring is just bad and while a surge protector doesn't fix that, it generally helps. Try plugging it somewhere else in the house, somewhere on a different circuit ad see if it stops.
