Wim den Herder
I feel that this guy is horribly under-appreciated for the frankly insane technical ability and otherwise damn nice music he's got. He runs a guitar academy in the Netherlands when he's not making me feel bad about my guitar abilities or lack thereof:
My favourite piece of his: An arrangement of Hit the Road Jack, this one shows off his habit of doing polyphonic stuff with a plectrum and also happens to be probably my favourite version of the song: And lastly, Wim covering an Oscar Peterson piece, because that's just how he rolls: Hope you like him ![]() |
